Board of Trustees

 

The Trustees are in charge of the care and custody of the real and personal property of the Church and of its financial affairs in cooperation with the Treasurer. The Trustees may purchase or sell personal property except memorial gifts or property of historical value.

 The Trustees are responsible for presenting at the Annual Meeting of the Church a detailed budget of the appropriations for the routing expenses for the administration and operation of the Church, and routine maintenance of the Church property.  In addition, the Trustees shall present at the Annual Meeting a detailed budget of the appropriations for major repairs, major alterations, and capital expenditures. Except as provided in the By-Laws, the Trustees shall have responsibility for providing the personnel needed to properly staff the Church, with the terms of employment and the duties clearly outlined in writing.
