Faith is about relationships. The relationship that we have with God, with ourselves, and with one another. Those of us at First Congregational Church seek to nurture each of these relationships through worship.
Worship is at the heart of our congregational life. We gather each Sunday at 9:30 as many hearts, yet one body. Stepping out of the business and busyness of life, we come together for prayer, song, spiritual support, and contemplation. We come to question and wonder at the mystery that is our faith. We come to welcome people of all perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds. We come to learn, love, serve, and grow.
In our worship services, we seek to strike a balance between the traditional and contemporary in our musical and liturgical style. We emphasize the importance of our children, laughter, and relevant preaching based on the living Word of God.
