Sixth Sunday of Easter
Worship at 9:30 am
ONLINE and IN-PERSON
Rev. Michael Frady preaching
“A Tribute to Mothers”
Good people, this Sunday our service will focus on the celebration of Mother’s Day as we offer prayers of gratitude for the women who gave us life and nurtured our growth. Our first scripture reading from the Book of Proverbs will touch upon the relationship between children and mothers. In our second reading, from the Gospel of Luke, we will consider the role of Elizabeth in naming her son John (the Baptist). As always, I look forward to leading you in worship this week. Until then, be well and God bless you!
Safety protocols are in place:
Everyone will be required to wear a mask.
We ask you to maintain appropriate physical distance at all times.
There will be no congregational singing at this time.
Please be mindful that some church members and friends have not yet received their vaccinations. It is important that we remain vigilant in protecting against any potential spread of the virus. Vaccinated people, while protected themselves, can still infect others.
We will continue to live-stream our services for those of you who are not yet ready or able to return to the sanctuary.
